Octware registration application

Requirements:
    A system using Octware software that is licensed on a per channel basis.
    Valid Activation Key(s)

Installation:
    Download the appropriate register application for your architecture (e.g. register32 or register64)
    Run the register application and follow on screen instructions to activate channels
