Requirements:
    A system using the Zaptel library

Installation:
    Download the -base.tgz archive
    Download the appropriate -"architecture".tgz archive (e.g. -amd32, -intel64 ... )
    Follow the installation steps in the User's Guide ( octvqeug5000-*.pdf located in the -base.tgz archive )
